Why make a wishlist?
Why would a fully formed adult make a Christmas wishlist and who would she even send it to? Santa?
Great question! I have a running list on my notes app in my phone of things that I see and want. I add to it throughout the year. Then, when someone asks what I want for my birthday or Christmas, I don’t have to try and remember. I will also go back to the list if I’m in the mood to treat myself!
In no particular order, here are some of the top items on my Christmas Wishlist this year:
1. Hitster – The Music Party Board Game
My sister in law introduced me to this game over the summer and I have been wanting it ever since! We played it with my family almost every night at our Airbnb in Lake Tahoe and everyone had a blast. Essentially it’s a music trivia game. There are cards with QR codes that take you to a clip of a song. Then, the goal is to guess the year it came out and build a timeline of cards. The variety of music from different decades and genres made it fun for everyone!
2. Pink Stove top Tea Kettle
I don’t have a specific one that I want, but I want it to be pink! A tea kettle that you can keep on the stove top is more convenient than my electric one. I drank so much tea on my trip to Denver because of my mother in law’s stove top kettle.
3. Apple Watch Band
I have a couple similar styles that I’m interested in. They’re all pink and leather, but have slight differences.
4. Pink Bicycle Playing Card Deck
This one is pretty self explanatory; I like pink and I like cards. My family is big into card games and I have many decks, but none as cool as this one.
My favorite question to ask when shopping is, “does it come in pink?”
